please help:jeff meadows the owner of line -one products; lives in mt. vernon VA. order a roll of carpet from me (kingdom flooring) in Oct of 2007, payment was due at time of pick-up; his asst, nick b. said he forgot to bring the check in the amt. of $1,400.00. he was going to get the ck. out as soon as he got back to the office. when i rec’d the ck. and deposited same in my bank acct. and i paid kingdom the 1,400.00 and the check was returned by bank as a stop payment by maker:he later said he would the week of 10-30-07. as of today 5-19-08 i have not rec’d a replacement check!!!!!!! jeff meadows has caused me a great deal of anguish and mental ; i’m 66 years old and i had to pay the mill the $1′400.00 jeff meadows cheated me out of; i went the extra mile for him so he could have his carpet order on time!! his business is located @ 7220 lockport pl., lorton ,VA 22079 phone: 1-703-372-5630. due his having cheated me i was unable to pay for some of my medical & prescriptions.
